Grandeur Simplicity

I'm Shelby. A 21 year old event planning major from Rhode Island. I’ve been blogging and vlogging off and on since 2007. I’m a pretty simple person but I’m loud and I’m proud of my quirks. So I’ve always kind of lived my motto. The simplest things in life are the grandest.

Bloggers Do It Better

Blast from the Past!

When cleaning out my room, my sister and I found some old computer games that we used to play when we were kids. And it reminds us of the good old days.

All through high school, my sister and I have played our old video games. I think it’s really fun to go back and play them all. Even though some of them are really easy now, it’s still a good time. I don’t know if I’m the only one to remember the Humongous games and how popular they were. Something I forgot about those though is that they change each time you play them. Nothing’s ever in the same spot so even now they’re a little different and not so boring and repetitive. I was actually talking about the Tycoon games the other day too. I used to love them so much and when I found it, I was so excited. If you pull out some old game systems or an old computer, it’s a lot of fun to be had. Playing old Sims games or games like these. Anyone remember Cluefiinders? I think I found every single one. I think that even though they aren’t tough like they used to be a lot of them keep us on our feet when it comes to learning skills. If you can’t beat the game in an hour, maybe it’s time to work on quick multiplication. I don’t know about you but these days I just use a calculator. You never know how you’ll keep up your smart reflexes. I like challenging myself to beat it as fast as I can. And to have lots of good old fun at the same time.
