Grandeur Simplicity

I'm Shelby. A 21 year old event planning major from Rhode Island. I’ve been blogging and vlogging off and on since 2007. I’m a pretty simple person but I’m loud and I’m proud of my quirks. So I’ve always kind of lived my motto. The simplest things in life are the grandest.

Bloggers Do It Better

Kodak Moment

I finally caved and picked up a memory card reader after my disaster a few months ago so I’m giving you all a review!

If you don’t know what happened previously, basically I bought a memory card reader and then it broke after a while of using it. So I bought a replacement and it never worked. Since then I’ve been using a separate computer with an SD slot, transferring it onto a usb on there and then using that usb to transfer it onto my regular computer. That means two computers with me anytime I’ll need to blog. It’s a huge hassle. This card reader was $20 and I already love it. You insert the SD card into the slot and just plug it in. There’s no cords or anything which is really convenient. You don’t have to worry about breaking the cord. It’s also really sturdy. It’s a thick plastic that seem like it will whether quite a bit of stress. It works with Macs and PCs both. I find that pretty nice because there are some where you have to install special servers for it to work on a Mac. It’s also from a very reliable brand. When it comes to things that are related to cameras I definitely trust Kodak. They’re a great brand that makes great products. I recommend this card reader because it’s a decent price and is good quality. They also had some for micro SDs and one for multiple different kinds of memory cards if you work with a lot. I think it’s a great product and I’m already glad I picked it up. Anyone who takes lots of pictures knows that anything that cuts time is awesome. I hope those of you who need one try it out. It’s worth a pick up in case your camera’s cord breaks too.
